The Liberty Community Spouse Association supports the CSA Tri-base scholarship program, administered by the Community Scholarship Association (CSA). The program offers three scholarships benefitting the community.

For graduating high school seniors:
- The 2025 Dependent Child Scholarship for high school seniors

For college age dependents currently or soon to be enrolled in an accredited college/university/trade school:
- The 2025 Dependent Child Scholarship for college/trade school students

For co-located spouse dependents seeking a post secondary education:
- The 2025 military spouse scholarship
​
Scholarships are awarded based on excellence in academic performance, community service, leadership quality, and a written essay.
